At F. Norman’s we only offer free range, rare breed hogs and lambs, specially selected for texture and flavour.
Our service can be as simple as providing the machinery and the meat plus of course our chef to cook and carve or, you may wish to include baps and apple sauce or a selection of freshly prepared salads.

Spit roast machine hire prepared with ready to cook pig. Delivered to and collected from your venue.
PACKAGE TWO
Spit roasted whole pig, apple sauce, bread rolls and stuffing. Cooked and carved by our chef for your guests.
PACKAGE THREE
Everything from Package One, cooked and carved, Plus a selection of salads.
