Not all hogs and lambs are born equal!
At Normans we only offer free range, rare breed hogs and lambs, specially selected for texture and flavour.
Our service can be as simple as providing the machinery and the meat plus of course our chef to cook and carve.
Or you may wish to include baps and apple sauce or a selection of freshly prepared salads.
